1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to customers in the United States and select international destinations. If your country is not available at checkout, we may not be able to fulfill orders to that location at this time.


2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
  • If there are any delays due to high order volume or supply chain issues, we will notify you via email.

3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

🚚 Free Tracked Shipping (Default Option)

  • United States: 7-15 business days
  • International: 10-20 business days
  • Includes package tracking for order security.

📦 Standard Shipping (For Faster Delivery)

  • United States: 5-10 business days
  • International: 7-15 business days
  • May include a shipping fee based on the destination.

🚀 Expedited Shipping (Fastest Delivery)

  • United States: 3-7 business days
  • International: 5-10 business days
  • Additional charges apply based on weight and destination.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as customs processing, carrier delays, or extreme weather conditions.


4. Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping: Available on selected products and locations.
  • Flat-Rate Shipping: Based on the destination and shipping method.
  • Expedited Shipping Fees: Calculated at checkout.

Customers will see exact shipping costs before completing their purchase.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link to track your shipment in real time.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours after shipping confirmation.
  • If you do not receive a tracking update within 5 business days, please contact us at support@flaccosstore.com.

6. Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees

For international orders, customers may be required to pay import duties, taxes, and customs fees before receiving their package.

  • Prepaid Duties & Taxes: If available, we offer the option to prepay these fees at checkout to avoid unexpected charges.
  • Unpaid Customs Fees: If duties and taxes are not prepaid, the carrier may require payment upon delivery. Failure to pay may result in package delays or returns.

FlaccosStore is not responsible for any customs-related delays or additional fees charged by your country.


7. Address & Delivery Issues

7.1 Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. If the address is incorrect:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order for corrections.
  • If the package is shipped to an incorrect address, we are not responsible for lost items.

7.2 Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt fails due to the recipient being unavailable, the carrier may:

  • Leave a notice for reattempt or pickup.
  • Return the package to us (additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment).

8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We take package security seriously, but once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

  • Lost Packages: If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please contact the carrier first. If unresolved, contact us.
  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, send clear photos of the damage and packaging to support@flaccosstore.com within 48 hours of delivery for a resolution.
  • Shipping Insurance: If available, you may purchase insurance to cover lost or damaged shipments.

9. Returns Due to Shipping Issues

If your package is returned to us due to incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or customs issues, you may choose:

  1. Reshipment (additional shipping costs apply).
  2. Refund (minus original shipping costs).
